If the order is successfully cancelled:

After Order Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

    • 5–7 business days for online payments
    • Store credit or bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders (if applicable)

If a replacement is approved:

  • The correct or fresh product will be delivered at no extra cost.
  • Replacement delivery timelines may vary based on availability.

6. Failed Delivery

Delivery may fail if:

  • The address is incorrect.
  • The customer is unavailable.

In such cases:

  • Re-delivery charges may apply.
  • Orders may be cancelled without refund for perishable goods.
